一、年齡與資格1. Who may use this

使用本服務即表示你聲明已達所在地法定飲酒年齡（台灣為 18 歲）。若未達該年齡，請勿使用。我們保留在合理懷疑時停用帳號的權利。By using this service you confirm you have reached the legal drinking age where you live (18 in Taiwan). If you have not, please do not use it. We may suspend accounts where we reasonably believe this is not the case.

二、關於酒精的重要聲明2. About alcohol — please read

• AI 產生的配方僅供參考，不是專業建議。請自行確認材料是否適合你，特別是過敏原。AI-generated recipes are suggestions, not professional advice. Check the ingredients suit you — allergens above all.
• 我們不鼓勵過量飲酒。請依自身狀況節制。We do not encourage excessive drinking. Please drink within your own limits.
• 酒後不開車。Never drive after drinking.
• 懷孕、服藥中、或有健康疑慮者，請先諮詢醫師。If you are pregnant, taking medication, or have any health concern, consult a doctor first.
• 你依配方調製、飲用或提供他人飲用所生的一切後果，由你自行負責。What you make, drink, or serve to others from these recipes is your responsibility.

三、配對與線下見面3. Matching and meeting people

本服務只依味覺偏好的重疊程度做推薦。我們不進行任何身分驗證、背景查核或真實性審查——你在此遇到的人可能不是他們自稱的樣子。We recommend people purely on how far your taste preferences overlap. We do not verify identity, run background checks, or confirm anyone is who they claim to be.

若你決定與在此認識的人見面：請選擇公共場所、告訴信任的人你的行程、留意自己的飲品、隨時可以離開。你與其他使用者之間的互動與見面，風險由你自行承擔。If you choose to meet someone from here: pick a public place, tell someone you trust where you will be, keep an eye on your drink, and leave whenever you want. Your interactions and meetings with other users are at your own risk.

四、你發佈的內容4. What you post

你發佈的內容仍屬於你。你授權我們在本服務中顯示、儲存與傳送這些內容，以便提供功能。你保證擁有發佈這些內容的權利。What you post remains yours. You grant us permission to store, display and transmit it within the service so the features can work. You confirm you have the right to post it.

禁止內容包括但不限於：騷擾、仇恨言論、性剝削、他人個資、垃圾訊息、違法內容、鼓勵危險飲酒行為（如拚酒、勸酒），以及向未成年人推銷酒精。Not allowed, among other things: harassment, hate speech, sexual exploitation, other people's personal data, spam, anything unlawful, content encouraging dangerous drinking such as chugging games or pressuring others, and marketing alcohol to minors.

五、公平使用5. Fair use

AI 功能的每次呼叫都由我們負擔成本。請勿以自動化方式大量呼叫、將本站作為其他服務的 AI 代理、或試圖繞過使用限制。違反者將被停用。Every AI request costs us money. Do not call these endpoints in bulk, use the site as an AI proxy for something else, or work around usage limits. Accounts that do will be suspended.

六、服務現況6. The state of this service

我們必須誠實：本服務目前由極小規模的團隊營運，以「現狀」提供，不保證可用性、正確性或資料不遺失。我們可能隨時修改或終止功能。請勿將此處視為唯一的資料保存處。In fairness: this is run by a very small team and is provided as is, with no guarantee of uptime, accuracy, or that data will not be lost. Features may change or stop. Please do not treat this as the only place your data lives.

七、責任限制7. Limitation of liability

在法律允許的最大範圍內，我們不對因使用本服務而產生的間接、附帶或衍生性損害負責，包括但不限於飲酒相關的健康後果、與其他使用者互動所生的糾紛，以及資料遺失。To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damage arising from your use of the service — including drinking-related health outcomes, disputes arising from contact with other users, and loss of data.

八、終止8. Ending things

你可以隨時停止使用並要求刪除帳號。我們也可在你違反本條款時停用帳號。You can stop using the service and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

九、準據法9. Governing law

本條款以中華民國（台灣）法律為準據法。These terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan (R.O.C.).
